Route 961 service along Valley Rd., would be discontinued. Nearby service would be located on Sweetwater Rd and Parkside Ave.
From Plaza Bonita, new Route 961 would provide service to Spring Valley Shopping Center via Sweetwater Rd., Reo Dr., Parkside Ave., Alta View Dr., Woodman and Paradise Valley Rd. Service along Valley Rd., Tonowanda Dr., Parkbrook St. and Elkelton Blvd. would be discontinued.
