Route 922 would be discontinued. Reduced service from Old Town to Cabrillo National Monument would retained on Route 28C. Routing of Route 923 between Ocean Beach and Downtown would not change. Route will extend to Park Blvd and C St. rather than 9th Ave. and C St.
