Route 851 would be discontinued. Service between Spring St. Trolley Station and Campo Rd. would be retained on the Route 855. No route would serve Kenwood Dr., Bancroft Dr. and Tyler St.
Service along Sweetwater Rd., Jamacha Rd. and Grand Ave. would be retained by new Route 936B. Service along Jamacha Blvd. would be retained by Route 962. No route would serve Elkelton Blvd.
