Route 115 would serve Grossmont College via SR-125 and Grossmont College Dr.
Route 115 would not serve the Arnele Ave., Jackman St., and Petree St. loop. The nearest transit service would be Route 115 along Marshall Ave.
Route 115 service between SDSU and downtown San Diego would be discontinued. Route 15L would serve these discontinued express segments between SDSU and downtown instead.
