Express service between City Heights and Downtown San Diego via Interstate 15 and State Route 94 is discontinued. Limited stop service on University Ave. is available on Route 10L, with connections to Downtown via Route 7 local service at Park Blvd. or Route 120 limited stop service in Hillcrest.
Service to the Embarcadero area would be available on Route 923 or 992.
