Notes to existing route:
No change would occur to service in Ocean Beach along Cable, Sunset Cliffs, and Orchard St. Service along Voltaire St. would be retained by Route 923.
Route 35 would be realigned to serve Midway Dr. and West Point Loma into Ocean Beach.
No route would serve current Route 35 section of Chatsworth Blvd. and Lytton St. Service along Rosecrans into Old Town would be retained by Route 28.
