Notes to existing route:
Route 921 service would assume service along Mira Mesa Blvd.
Route 931 service would be assumed over by Route 31. Service on Camino Ruiz between Miramar Rd. and Mira Mesa Blvd. would be discontinued and the route would travel via Black Mountain Rd. instead to Hillery Dr. and Westview Pkwy.
Route 931 service would be assumed by Route 31. Service on Carroll Canyon Rd. between Black Mountain Rd. and Scripps Ranch Blvd. would be discontinued. Route 964 would serve Alliant International University and service on the current Route 31 east of Interstate 15.
Route 931 service would be taken over by Route 31.
Route 31 would be routed along Eastgate Mall, Towne
Centre Dr., and La Jolla Village Dr. to a terminal at
Executive Dr. and Executive Way. UTC will no longer
be served by this route.
