Notes to existing route:
Route 4 would remain on Imperial Ave (into Euclid Trolley Station), Lisbon St and Jamacha Rd. Service along Cardiff St, San Vicente St. and Meadowbrook Rd. would be replaced by a new Route 936A. Route 4 would continue on Jamacha Rd. into Spring Valley Shopping Center via Sweetwater Rd.
